Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data Sip Happens accesses, how it's used, and what we share (spoiler: nothing).

Data We Access

Sip Happens may request access to the following on your device:

• Apple Health — to read and write your water intake data, keeping your hydration in sync with the Health app.
• Calendar — to let you import events so you can track hydration around the moments in your day that matter.

How Your Data Is Used

All data accessed by Sip Happens is used solely to provide the app's features. Specifically:

• Hydration logs are stored locally on your device and written to Apple Health when you grant permission.
• Calendar data is read to display your events within the app — it is never stored externally.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit your personal data to any third parties. Ever. Sip Happens has no backend servers and makes no external network requests with your data.

Data Retention

Your data lives on your device. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. Data written to Apple Health can be managed directly in the Health app.

Children's Privacy

Sip Happens does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
